To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
Vinyl Siding
Remove/ repair existing vinyl soffit. Install new vinyl soffit, (perforated as needed for proper ventilation) as needed, on the entire home. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC-coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia approx. 60 linear feet, and exterior trim as needed before applying coil metal.
Roads and Walks
Install a new metal culvert approximately 10 ft long at the end of the driveway to prevent the gravel from washing away. Pour a concrete entryway from the end of the driveway to the county road.
Electrical
Remove/ replace the master bath vent fan. Remove/ replace the hall light fixture. Repair all damage due to electrical change-outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, etc.
Drywall
Patch/ repair all damaged existing drywall, ceiling, and walls. Install new ½” drywall as needed, tape, bed, texture, and paint the entire wall after repair.
