Here you’ll find open solicitations for upcoming projects, each with important compliance requirements. Please review the guidelines below for Federally Funded projects, submission requirements, and deadlines.

Bid Submission Instructions

1. Review each project’s bid documents carefully for specifications.
2. Submit a signed itemized bid under the work order number as an attachment.
   1. The signed bid shall have the following itemization:
      1. Actual price good date
      2. Labor and Material cost per task
      3. Estimated completion date
      4. Approximate start date (Could be negotiated for an official award or a contract for $25,000 and above.)
      5. Contractor information
3. Bids must be received by 4:30 pm CST on the due date for each project. Late submissions will not be considered.
