Instructions

To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    This drainage issue will need to be fixed between the leap homes. Contractor needs to visit site before bidding. Contactor responsibility to locate any utility or fiber optic lines before starting. Case Manager- Christyn Barton 580 642 6362 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088

  • Earth Work

    Dig 2 trench's to convert water starting at the east end to the west end. Approx. 700' Grade land sloping down and fill in existing water trenches in back yards. Repair or replace any damages to fences during work. The west end will need to install a drain pipe and go north along curb. Cut curb for drain pipe to drain on road across to the drainage pond.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Special Instructions
