To submit a bid:

- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
This will be a 3-bedroom brick slab foundation 1300 SQ. FT. Case Manager Jessica Kelley-580-642-6367 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Concrete
At front of home remove broken area of concrete driveway,approx 10x19 area Install number 4 rebar 3000 P.S.I. Concrete with a bever or French drain area at front of driveway to run water away from home.
Windows
Remove and replace all windows throughout home. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim including window stools/sills if required, inside, and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any, and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 8 singles, 1 double windows in home. Contractor is responsible for exact window count and measurements.
Gutter Installation or repair
Remove and install new guttering on all 4 sides of home with downspouts and splash blocks where needed customer to pick color
Air Conditioning
Remove and replace existing HVAC unit. Install new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient electric heat pump unit. Install new copper line-set, thermostat, and registers. Check all duct for proper seal repair as needed. Install any wiring, breakers, panels and disconnects and electrical upgrades from pole to home required for proper installation. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate duct where needed. Replace plenum if required for proper fitment of new unit. Install all new air registers in all rooms of home. Contractor will be responsible for proper sizing of new unit. Contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with bid.
Plumbing
Install new frost-free hydrants on front and back of home. Install 2- new commodes with new wax rings and new supply lines with new shut-off valves. Install new vanity in bathroom with new sink countertop, facet equal to delta with new wastewater lines new shutoff valves and new supply lines vanity to match what is there now
Flooring
Remove existing floor covering throughout home, install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color. (Flooring can be overlaid if removal is not required)
Drywall
In living room hallway remove stove pipe and exhaust fan in hallway install new sheetrock do a complete and full texture of living room hallway and kitchen celling and a full painting of ceiling and walls in kitchen hallway and living room customer to pick color.
Doors
Remove and replace all interior doors, approx. 15 Install new pre-hung interior doors, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes.
Special Instructions
Contractor will need to move all furniture were needed to complete work and provide a storage unit for customer while work is being done.
