  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • General Contractor

    Home is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom slab foundation gable end roof approximately 1200SF Inspector Hunnter Guffey # 580-740-8545 Case Manager John Cook # 580-317-7083

  • General Contractor

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 1 entry door and 1 Maintenance entry door. Install 1 pre-hung six panel insulated metals doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware that will be supplied by the Choctaw Nation, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.

  • Windows

    Remove and replace 1 window on the front of home that is busted out. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim including window stools/sills if required, inside, and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any, and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 1 single window in home. Contractor is responsible for exact window count and measurements.

  • Flooring

    Wash and wax the entire floor of home.

  • Special Construction

    Remove and replace all window blinds in the home 8 in total. Give the entire inside of home a general deep clean, including but not limited to bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, kitchen and all appliances etc.

  • Painting

    Clean and prep all walls and ceilings the entire inside of home is to be painted. Paint 1 coat Kilz and 2 coat finish to walls and ceiling. Paint must be Sherwin-Williams Choctaw nation will supply the color.
