Instructions
To submit a bid:

- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions

Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that the contractor views the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The Contractor will be responsible for cleaning and removing all waste and repairing the yard back to mowing condition. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and counts of materials needed.
Cabinets
Remove and replace existing cabinets, Install approx. 18’ upper and 12’ base cabinets. Install new preformed laminate countertops—stain and Seal. Cabinets must be all hardwood fronts and plywood bulkheads; particle board will not be accepted; this will include bathroom vanities. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, and install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash as needed in the cooking area. Remove and replace the existing vanity in the hall bathroom, to match the existing one. All vanities must have plywood bulkheads hardwood fronts and any necessary hardware required for proper finished installation. Stain and seal. install a new top with a sink, and faucet. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring and install any trim required for proper fit and finish.
Plumbing
Remove and replace the low-entry shower. Install a new tub/shower and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, which must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Install a new SS kitchen sink, new faucet, and supply lines, with shut-off valves and drain lines. Install Delta or comparable faucets/mixing valves.
Flooring
Prep floors throughout and install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum of 3/16” thick flooring. Pull the toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. The homeowner will choose the color. (Flooring can be overlaid if removal is not required)
Painting
Repair all damaged drywall throughout the house, tape, bed, and texture to match existing, and paint all the interior of the house, including trim and doors, to match new or existing finishes. The homeowner will choose a color. (one color only)
Insulation
Blow in approx. 8” of insulation in the attic to achieve a R-Factor of 38.
