Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. metal roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Lacey Dodds 580 642 6122 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. HSG3038833
Flooring
Remove and replace carpet in living room and hallway. (Keep the bedroom carpet the same) Seam together. Remove existing floor covering in kitchen, dining, bathrooms and by front door. Prep floor and install new floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Install transition strips if needed. Install all new trim and complete fit and finish. Participant will choose color.
Gutter Installation or repair
Install new metal seamless gutters on front and back. Approx .172' Include down spouts and splash blocks. Install for proper drainage.
Doors
Adjust back utility storage door back to working condition. Fix attic door trim and nail back to ceiling in utility room.
Drywall
Remove and replace damaged sheetrock (Few cracks in hallway and bedrooms). Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint interior of home.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
