  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that the contractor views the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The Contractor will be responsible for cleaning and removing all waste and repairing the yard back to mowing condition. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and counts of materials needed

  • Windows

    Remove and replace all windows throughout the home. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, and all trim including window stools/sills if required, inside, and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any, and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 3 single, and 2 double windows in the home. The contractor is responsible for the exact window count and measurements.

  • Electrical

    Remove and replace the vented vent hood with a new white vented vent hood matching the cook stove.

  • Air Conditioning

    Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2-rated energy-efficient Gas unit. Install new copper line-set, thermostat, and registers. Check all ducts for proper airflow to each room and proper seal repair as needed. Install any wiring, breakers, panel disconnects, and electrical upgrades from the pole to the home required for proper installation. Replace all air registers, including the return. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of a new unit. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of a new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the bid.

  • Plumbing

    Remove and replace the kitchen shut-off valves, and supply lines and install the new kitchen faucet (the homeowner has purchased it) Remove and replace 2 outside faucets with frost-free faucets. Master bathroom: Remove existing commode. Install Comfort height commode, wax ring, and supply and shut-off.

  • Site improvements

    Remove and replace all weatherstripping on all exterior doors and install door sweeps on the Heater closet doors.
