  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    All work must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC standards. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that the contractor views the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The Contractor will be responsible for cleaning and removing all waste, as well as repairing the yard to a mowing condition. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and counts of materials needed.

  • Roofing

    Gable roof. Remove all shingles, felt, roof jacks, drip edge, and attic ventilation. Re-nail or replace decking as needed and fill all ventilation penetrations. Install new 30-year architectural shingles, 30# felt, drip edge, roof jacks, high-heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations, and flashing required to complete the job—Caulk and seal as needed for a complete and proper finish. Participants choose color.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Remove existing exterior siding. Install new house wrap, vinyl soffit, (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on the entire home. Install new PVC-coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any damaged Fascia before applying coil metal.

  • Plumbing

    Reattach the shower surround to the wall, caulk, and seal around the surround to the wall. Check all drain and freshwater piping under the home for leaks, and repair, or replace as needed.

  • Foundation

    Check all tie-down straps and replace any that are not properly secured to the mobile home. Check all the foundation blocks make sure that they are secure properly under the mobile home and replace any that are broken or missing.
