All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 5-bed 1 1/2 bath, brick home approx. 1750 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Any question please contact (Case Manager) Savannah Fines @ 580-642-6370 or (Inspector) Kevin Mings @ 580-317-3244

  • Drywall

    Repair all damaged drywall throughout the home, also remove the attic fan and install drywall over opening, finish, texture and paint to match the existing

  • Painting

    Paint the entire hall bathroom all one color to be selected by the homeowner, paint all the drywall repaired areas to match the existing.

  • Plumbing

    Remove the HVAC closet and the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom that is used for storage, install a new wall down close the the door that goes out of the room out lo the add on area (Approx. 6'x10'), remove the existing shower and install a new wheel chair accessible tile shower as big as possible, the slab will have to be busted out to move all needed plumbing and repoured to make the shower drain property, the home has cast iron drain pipe under the slab. Install ADA grab bars around the entire shower, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with an adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars, Remove and replace the vanity with a new wheelchair accessible vanity, install a new faucet equal to a Delta brand, install a new drain, shutoffs and supply lines.

  • Cabinets

    Install new lower kitchen cabinets to make them handicap accessible, Remove and replace existing lower cabinets, Install Approx. 15' base cabinets, Install new preformed laminate counter lops. Stain and Seal/Paint. Cabinets must be all hardwood fronts and plywood bulkheads, particle board will not be accepted, this will include bathroom vanities, Install a new stainless steel sink and faucet (Must have a level valve instead of knobs) equal to a DELTA brand in the kitchen, replace the drain, supply lines and shul-offs. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install all trim required for proper it and finish, install new matching backsplash as needed at cooking area.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Fix or replace all damaged vinyl siding and soffit around the entire home, cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC coated coil metal. Replace any deteriorated Fascia (Approx. 30') and exterior trim before adding coil stock.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 2 entry doors on the backside of the home, Install 2 pre-hung six panel insulated metal doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish, Install now combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable, Caulk and seal inside and out, Paint to match new or existing finishes. In all rooms - Widen the door opening and install new 36" doors, on the door openings that it is not possible for 36" doors, widen opening for the widest possible door, paint or stain the new doors and trim to match the existing, install new hardware (Kwikset or comparable), Approx. 7. Remaining doors-Remove and replace all interior doors, approx. 9, Install new pre-hung interior doors, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes ALL DOOR KNOBS ARE TO BE LEVER ADA HANDLES, and install off-set hinges on interior room entry doors. Install new weather stripping on remaining entry doors.

  • Rough Carpentry

    Remove and replace the deck on the back of the home with a new deck the same size (Approx. 10'×24'), use all pressure treated lumber for the construction of the deck, floor joist are to be on 16" OC, 4"x4" post are to be concreted in the ground and be 4' OC, 2"x6" deck floor and supports, handrail is to have spindles 6" OC, use treated deck screws on all finished surfaces, the approach to the deck is to be built so that it is wheelchair accessible, there is a large tree that is against the back of the deck now, keep the new deck Approx. 16" away from the tree.

  • Flooring

    Remove and replace the existing floor covering throughout the home except for the kitchen and back left bedroom that has ceramic tile. Install new glue down waterproof vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new base board trim throughout the home, down both sides of the hall install 1"x12" with a routered edge for a base board Approx. 18'.

  • Air Conditioning

    Remove the HVAC unit and install a new system in the attic, doing away with the HVAC closet to gain more access for the bathroom. Install new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient gas unit. Install new copper line-set, thermostat, and registers. Check all duct for proper seal repair as needed. Install any wiring, breakers, panels and disconnects and electrical upgrades from pole to home required for proper installation. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Install a ceiling return air grill. Insulate duct where needed, add any needed duct (Add on room and enclosed garage area) add. Replace for proper fitment of new unit. Contractor will be responsible for proper sizing of new unit. Install an auxiliary drain pan with a float shutoff switch to the unit in the attic. Contractor will install vibration isolators between Evaporator unit and hanging straps used to support unit. Contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with bid.

  • Roofing

    Fix all roof leaks on the home, replace all roof jacks that are possibly leaking, the leaks that are showing up on the interior appear to be coming from the roof jacks.

  • Electrical

    Check all electric and fix any needed issues throughout the entire home, replace all light fixtures LED fixtures(Approx. 8), leave all the ceiling fans except the one that does not work, replace the non-working fan with a new ceiling fan with light kit equal to a Hunter Brand, install a new heat-vent-light in the bathroom and a water proof LED fixture in the new shower area.

  • Concrete

    On the East side on the home, pour concrete from the home to within 6" of the wood privacy fence, concrete is to be 4" thick 3500 psi with wire or fiber mesh in it with each end sloped for wheel chair access (Approx. 5'x30'), concrete will finish out Approx. 1" below the brick, remove all dirt needed to complete the concrete work.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements and count of materials needed.
