To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
General Contractor
Home is a 3-bedroom 1 1/2-bathroom home on a slab foundation with a gable end roof, approximately 1600 SF Inspector Hunnter Guffey # 580-740-8545 Case Manager Lacey Dodds # 580-740-8636 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
General Contractor
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
Flooring
Remove existing floor covering throughout home, install new VCT floor tile. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color. Repair any and all damages done in the process.
Plumbing
Tile ADA shower, remove ADA shower. Install new low entry tile base and tile surround shower. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs / If paint needed paint whole bathroom, may use paint left over from hallway. Remove and replace the hallway bathroom commode. Install new Comfort height/ADA commode, wax ring, and supply and shut offs. Repair any and all damages done in the process.
Drywall
Remove and replace existing damaged drywall around HVAC closet roughly 5 SF. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint the entire hallway to match the existing finish. And leave leftover paint with home owner.
Site improvements
Bring in enough topsoil to be spread around the foundation evenly so the slab foundation is no longer showing.
Special Instructions
Install 3 new smoke alarms in home.
