To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • General Contractor

    Home is a 1-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1000 sq. ft Case Manager Natilee Greenwood~ (580) 642-6359 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Lead-Base Paint Contractor

  • General Contractor

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Foundation

    Pier and Beam. Level Home. Install new joists and blocks for home.

  • Flooring

    Remove existing floor covering in the Kitchen, living room, hallway, water heater closet and bathroom, replace all subflooring that is necessary and install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color.

  • Roofing

    Gable end roof. Remove all metal, felt, roof jacks, drip edge and attic ventilations. Re-nail or replace decking as needed. Install new 40-yr, 26-gauge painted metal, 30# felt, (drip edge if required), rake, continuous ridge with vented closure strips at peak for proper ventilation, (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation) and roof jacks, high heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations and a minimum of 1 ½’ screws. Install screws at every rib when installing ridge cap. Use any and all flashing needed for complete and proper finish. Lathe roof if required. Participant to choose a color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at the appliance upon roof completion.

  • Painting

    Clean and prep all walls and ceilings. Paint 1 coat killz and 2 coats of finish to all walls and ceiling throughout the home. Home owner will choose the color.

  • Drywall

    Lead-Base Paint in laundry room on east wall beside washing machine. Use proper control of lead base paint. Remove paneling/drywall down to studs in this room. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture.

  • Cabinets

    Remove and replace existing cabinets, Install approx. 10’ upper and 10’ base cabinets. Install new preformed laminate counter tops. Stain and Seal/Paint. Cabinets must be all hardwood fronts and plywood bulkheads; particle board will not be accepted; this will include bathroom vanities. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash as needed at cooking area.

  • Plumbing

    Install a new kitchen sink, faucet, shut-off valves and supply lines. Move and Re-install water heater to fix flooring underneath. Make sure water heater is working properly

  • Doors

    Install new weather stripping on bedroom exterior door.

  • Special Instructions

    Build a small wheelchair ramp at the front door on top of the existing porch to make it easier for her to use her electric wheelchair to get into the home.

  • Special Equipment

    The Contractor is to provide a storage container and move all the contents out of the house before working on the inside and back into the house after the job is completed.
