All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager: Lacey Dodds 580-642-6122 Inspector: Levi Methvin 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Rough Carpentry

    Remove existing exterior siding. Install 7/16 OSB to entire home, install new house wrap, vinyl soffit, (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on entire home. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia approx. 160 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal. Homeowner to choose color.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 1 interior door in living room. Install new pre-hung interior door, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint. Homeowner to choose color.

  • Gutter Installation or repair

    Remove entire existing rain gutter system and install all new gutters to include downspouts and splash pads. Contractor responsible for exact counts and measurements.

  • Plumbing

    Master bedroom closet: Remove existing drainpipe protruding through east wall of closet. Lower lines and cap off to provide room for shelf covering.

  • Flooring

    Master bedroom closet: Remove existing floor covering, install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color.

  • Drywall

    Master bedroom closet: Remove and replace all existing wall drywall down to studs in master bedroom closet. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint entire closet. Homeowner to choose color. Contractor is responsible for exact measurements.

  • General Maintenance

    Install new mounting bolts for front porch column.

  • Finish Carpentry

    Install wood shelving in master bedroom closet beginning in the back left corner (NE) of closet enclosing the remaining pipes protruding through the floor. Allow approx. 12 inches from the wall and completely box in pipes on bottom shelf and install access door. Shelving is to go approx. 6 feet in height. Sand and stain/paint homeowner to choose color.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
