To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home, approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that contractors view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and repairing the yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job.   • Roofing

    Remove all shingles, felt, roof jacks, drip edge, and attic ventilation. Re-nail or replace decking as needed, fill all ventilation penetrations. Install new 30-year architectural shingles, 30# felt, drip edge, roof jacks, high-heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations, and flashing required to complete the job. Install new continuous ridge vent for proper ventilation (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation). Caulk and seal as needed for a complete and proper finish. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC-coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia, approx. 60 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal. Participant to choose color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at the appliance upon roof completion.

  • Windows

    Remove and replace all windows throughout the home. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Windows are on site. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 8 windows in the home. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all windows are accounted for and properly installed.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 3 entry doors. Install 2 pre-hung insulated metal doors, 1 approx. 6' French door. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.

  • Plumbing

    Remove and reinstall the tub/shower. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Remove/ replace the toilet in the master bath. Install an ADA toilet in the master bath. Make sure both toilets are properly set in both bathrooms. Install Comfort height/ADA commode, wax ring, and supply and shut-offs. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.

  • Electrical

    Test all receptacles, switches, fixtures, and ceiling fans in the home. Repair all damage due to electrical change-outs, to include, but not limited to, drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, etc.

  • Drywall

    Repair all existing damaged drywall, ceiling, and walls in the home. Install new ½” drywall as needed, tape, bed, texture. Paint the entire wall or ceiling where any repairs occurred.

  • Cabinets

    Install new preformed laminate countertops. Countertops are already on the job site. Repair all damage due to replacement, which includes drywall and flooring. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install a new matching backsplash as needed at the cooking area.

  • Air Conditioning

    Repair the damaged air handler. Remove/ replace all air registers in the home and the return air grill. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.

  • Tree Removal

    Remove the three marked trees at the back of the home. Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and repairing the yard back to mowing condition.
