Remove and replace hallway bathroom and master bathroom vanities with new countertops and new sinks with new faucets equal to Delta with all new supply lines and new shut-off valves with all new wastewater lines. to match existing. All vanities must have plywood bulkheads, hardwood fronts, and any necessary hardware required for proper finished installation. Stain and Seal/paint. Repair all damage due to replacement, which includes drywall and flooring, and install any and all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install a new cabinet above the toilet in the master bathroom to match what is there now, with all hardware needed, all caulking and paint or stain to complete

Do a complete and full painting of 3 bedrooms in the home and two bathrooms, all walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets, and texture where needed. Customer to pick a color.

Replace the area of soffit and fascia at the front door area, install vinyl over it if needed, and or paint if needed to match, will be approximately a 12-foot section of fascia and soffit. The contractor is responsible for the exact measurements
