To submit a bid:

- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1800 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Case Manager: Shyanne Gibson 580-642-6571 Inspector: Levi Methvin 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Plumbing
Remove and replace 1 tub/shower combo in in hall bathroom and 1 tub in hall master bathroom. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Install 2 ADA grab bars in walk-in shower in master bathroom. Remove and replace toilets in master bathroom and hall bathroom. Install 2 new Comfort height/ADA toilets with new seats, wax rings, supply and shut offs. Remove and replace sink stopper in hall bath.
Electrical
Remove and replace heat fan in master bathroom. Repair all damage due to electrical change outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling, etc.
Doors
Replace/Install 3 new storm doors on 3 entries on home. Include all hardware. Seal inside and out. Remove and replace sliding glass patio door. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.
Air Conditioning
Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient electric heat pump unit. Install new copper line-set, appropriate filter drier, thermostat, and registers. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the bid.
Windows
Remove and replace all windows throughout the home. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 10 singles, 1 double window in home. Contractor is responsible for exact window count and measurements.
Painting
Paint entire front porch. Prep wood as needed to include cleaning and replacing any rotting wood, caulk all gaps and sanding.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
