To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed, 2 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1800 sq. ft. Any questions please contact Natilee Greenwood (Case Manager) @580-642-6359 or Taylor Heath (Inspector) @580-570-9301. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Special Instructions

    All work must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses will apply. All Lead Base Paint repair, removal, enclosing, or encapsulation must be completed by a Certified Lead Safe contractor. Per scope of work, if repairing, removal, enclosing or encapsulation is required, the Choctaw Nation Housing Authority will order a clearance test after job completion to verify lead has been removed, enclosed or encapsulated according to EPA/HUD standards and guidelines according to the scope of work submitted for bids. Payment will not be issued until home has been retested and cleared of all LBP. Contact the Housing Authority for a copy of the Lead Base Paint Report containing exact locations of LBP.

  • Flooring

    Remove existing floor covering throughout home, replace subfloor as needed. Lift home and install appropriate supports where needed. Install new floor joists as needed to ensure proper level. Install new carpet in bedrooms and living room. Install new waterproof vinyl plank flooring throughout rest of home, with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color.

  • Windows

    Remove and replace all windows throughout the home. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out. Repair or replace any and all deteriorated framing as needed for proper repair. There are approximately 13 singles, 1 double window in home. Contractor is responsible for exact window count and measurements.

  • Plumbing

    Remove and replace showers in both bathrooms, repair plumbing as needed. Install new shower base and surround in bathroom 1 as well as a tub/shower combo in bathroom 2, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Install Delta or comparable faucets/mixing valves throughout. Install Comfort height/ADA commode, wax ring, and supply and shut offs.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace one entry door, 1 approx. 6' French door. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Remove existing exterior siding. Install 7/16 OSB to entire home, install new house wrap, vinyl soffit, (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on entire home. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia approx. 60 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal.

  • Electrical

    Upgrade electrical to a 200-amp service (including incoming service if required). install new breaker box and breakers (label breaker panel), new wire throughout, receptacles, switches, fixtures, and ceiling fans, (4 in Home). Repair all damage due to electrical change outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, and ect.

  • Air Conditioning

    Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient electric heat pump package unit. Install new thermostat, and registers. Seal duct work penetration under home. Concrete pad is to be poured for package unit. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. Ductwork that is to be installed or replaced under the home should be insulated metal pipe; flex duct is not to be used underneath the home. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the bid.

  • Special Equipment

    The Contractor is to provide a storage container and move all the contents out of the house before working on the inside and back into the house after the job is completed.

  • Lead Base Paint

    Siding on west wall of bedroom four (Exterior add on) is to be removed and replaced with drywall. Contractor is responsible for proper installation of base and ceiling trim as well as painting or staining. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint entire room. Participant is to choose color. Door jamb and trim is to be removed in same bedroom where gray paint was used. Install 1 new pre-hung interior door, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes. All tile in bathroom two is to be removed. Bathtub will be replaced with new and tub and surround. Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of lead-based debris.
