To submit a bid:

  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    This will be a 3-bedroom brick slab foundation 1300 s,q, Case Manager Lacy Dodds 580-326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166

  • Special Instructions

    All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Plumbing

    Remove and replace the hot water tank with a new 40-gal electric with an overflow pan under the tank. All new supply lines and new shut-off valves. ALL TO MEET ALL I.R.C..codes for 2019

  • Air Conditioning

    Install one new air register in the bedroom add-on where one is missing.

  • Electrical

    In the bedroom add-on. The customer has installed wiring for the ceiling fan. Install a new outlet box for the fan and install a new ceiling fan with a light kit. Install a new wall switch and outlet box any and all electrical to complete the new install.
