To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
General Contractor
Home is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom on a slab foundation with a hip roof approximately 1500 SF. Inspector Hunnter Guffey # 580-740-8545 Case Manager Lacey Dodds # 580-740-8636 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
General Contractor
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
Flooring
Remove existing floor covering throughout home, install new VCT Tile flooring throughout the home. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish and paint to match walls. The participant will choose color.
Electrical
Remove and replace the hallway bathroom exhaust fan with heat. And replace all light fixtures, ceiling fans in home. Install three new smoke detectors in the home.
Doors
Remove and replace 3 entry doors and 2 storm doors. Install 3 pre-hung six panel insulated metals doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes. Storm doors should be replaced with Larson or a comparable brand with all hardware needed for proper function.
Doors
Remove and replace all interior doors, approximately 8. Install new pre-hung interior doors, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes.
Air Conditioning
Clean all ductwork throughout home and replace all air registers approximately 8 and the return air grill.
Special Instructions
Repair and replace any facia and soffit needed for proper fit and finish.
Painting
Clean and prep the ceilings through out the home and paint 2 coats of kills and 2 coats of paint. Participant to choose color.
