To submit a bid:

  1. Download the RFQ form
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed, 1 1/2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. metal roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.   • Do not use- previously air conditioning

    Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient gas unit. Install new copper line-set, appropriate filter drier, thermostat, and registers. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the bid.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 1 entry door in the garage area. Install 1 pre-hung six panel insulated metals door. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes. Install 2 storms doors equal to a LARSON brand with new hardware including safety chains. Install new weather strips on the front entry entry door.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Install new vinyl soffit, (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on front porch, over the window on the porch, and garage area. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC coated coil metal, leave nothing on the exterior of the home uncovered to be painted except the porch post that are made from steel pipe, paint all porch post all one color to be selected by the homeowner.

  • Electrical

    Repair the electric in the kitchen and dining room area that is not working, check the electric throughout the entire home and make any needed repairs, use any and all materials to restore the electric back to working order. Remove and replace the attic fan and cover with new fan and cover. Install foam socket sealers on all electrical outlets and switches throughout the entire home and replace any needed covers.

  • Special Instructions

    Caulk and seal all windows and doors, remove and replace the corner post on the garage area with a new post painted to match the existing post. Remove the caulk from around the windows on the exterior and foam seal the windows and then re-caulk them.

  • Plumbing

    Install a dielectric gas fitting on the gas line where the gas line comes up out of the ground before it enters the home.

  • Gutter Installation or repair

    Install new painted seamless gutters with leaf guards on the front and back of the home with all needed down spouts, install concrete splash blocks for each down spout. (Approx. 110' gutter).

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
