Instructions

To submit a bid:

  1. Download the RFQ form
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Christyn Barton 580 642 6362 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Drywall

    Remove and replace damaged drywall in garage and bedroom. Remove and replace damaged studs and seal plates. This will include damage brick north wall if needed due to brick needing replaced. Tape, bed and texture. Paint both rooms to match or close to existing color.

  • Electrical

    Replace any damage electrical wiring, plugins or gfci's in garage and bedroom due to damages. Complete any and all electrical upgrades to complete job. Restore power back to working condition.

  • Brick & Masonry

    Replace damaged, mortar, cracking brick on garage wall. Install bricks to match or close to existing. Include brick ties and any leveling of wall needed. Include all materials to make any and all repairs needed for job. Will need to take down and put back up downspout.

  • Special Equipment

    Repair garage door back to working condition. (Missing roller and bracket on track). Replace all parts needed.

  • Flooring

    Remove and replace any damaged flooring and baseboard due to repair drywall damages. Prep flooring and install glue down vinyl flooring(Existing). Replace damaged baseboards and paint to match or close to existing. Caulk baseboards

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
