Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Contractor will supply 2 sheets of 5'x10'x1/2" metal to lay over the road where it is cut so home owners can get to their home, it will stay in place for a min. of 7 days after the concrete is poured. Plumbing
Install a surface drainage system with 2 surface drains in the backyard in the man maid drainage run of house #208 & #210, tie the backyard drains together to the trunk line that will run between the homes out to the street with 2 drains between the homes and 1 drain in the ditch by the street, cut the concrete road (Approx. 20' wide) and tie the drain line to the existing surface drain line between house #209 & #211. (Approx. 260' of drain line with 7 surface drains to be installed)
Concrete
Install #5 rebar pins in the concrete every 12" on both sides of the road that was cut and removed from crossing the road with drain line, (Approx. 2'x20'x6"thick) install #5 rebar 12" OC and pour 4000 PSI concrete back to repair the road back to match the existing.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
