Instructions
To submit a bid:

- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
General Contractor
Home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom brick home approximately 1650 SF Inspector Kevin Mings 580-317-3244 Property Manager Dallas Ainsworth All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
General Contractor
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
Do not use- previously air conditioning
Remove and replace existing HVAC unit inside and out. Install new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient electric heat pump unit. Install new copper line-set, thermostat, and registers. Replace all duct work. Install any wiring, breakers, panels and disconnects and electrical upgrades from pole to home required for proper installation. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency Replace plenum if required for proper fitment of new unit. Contractor will be responsible for proper sizing of new unit. Contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with bid.
Doors
replace bathroom door and paint to match existing finish. Remove and relocate HVAC closet door and return air grill to the outside wall of bathroom with new door and grill.
Electrical
Remove and install new bathroom exhaust vent.
Plumbing
Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new tub and shower surround. Install new shower faucet, knobs and shower head. Repair any damage due to replacement
Drywall
Remove and replace all drywall in the hallway bathroom and HVAC closet including but not limited to walls, ceiling, closet walls and ceiling to get rid of all mildew. Tape bed and texture all walls where needed.
Painting
Paint one coat of kills and to coats of paint to the bathroom and both sides of hallway outside of bathroom door. Case manager will supply paint code for the paint match.
Special Instructions
Deep clean all surfaces where any traces of mildew could be from disposal of affected equipment.
Special Instructions
Contractor will be required to begin this job within 1 month of winning bid and be completed within 3 weeks from start date, Contractor will be required to give a definite start and end date for project completion, due to relocation of homeowners.
