To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Request for Proposal
The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is requesting sealed proposals from automobile dealerships for a one-time purchase of fleet vehicles. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) by contacting: Housing Procurement Clint Jefferson [email protected] 580-642-6389 Interested parties will need to pay attention to sections 2.3, 2.4, and 2.7.1 for deadlines and submission information. HACNO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award one or multiple contracts in the best interest of HACNO. This RFP is subject to Indian Preference requirements pursuant to NAHASDA 24 CFR 1000.52. Indian-owned economic enterprises and Indian organizations shall be given preference to the greatest extent feasible in accordance with the HACNO Indian Preference policy.
