Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- 580-642-6306 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Drywall
Remove and replace damaged sheetrock in dining room ceiling and wall by windows. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint dining room. (If mildew/mold is present handle with care due to homeowners medical condition. )
Roofing
Remove and replace approximately1 bundle of shingles on home. Color to match existing color or close to. Front of home.
Fencing
Remove and replace approximately. 30' of fence damaged by a tree limb. Install new black chain link vinyl fence. Include top post, corner post, post cap, and guide wire. Post to be set in concrete. Return fencing to original condition.
Insulation
Remove and replace insulation in wall due to water leak if needed. (Contractor to remove with care due to homeowner medical condition. )
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
