To submit a bid:

- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2-bath, brick home, approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that contractors view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and repairing the yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Roofing
Remove all shingles, felt, roof jacks, drip edge, and attic ventilation. Re-nail or replace decking as needed, fill all ventilation penetrations. Install new 30-year architectural shingles, 30# felt, drip edge, roof jacks, high-heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations, and flashing required to complete the job. Install new continuous ridge vent for proper ventilation (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation). Caulk and seal as needed for complete and proper finish. Participant to choose color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at appliance upon roof completion. Remove the flu pipe before adding the new shingle roof.
Vinyl Siding
Remove/ replace existing exterior siding. Install new house wrap, new smart siding soffit with soffit vents, and smart siding to the home, including trim.. Cover all exposed wood Fascia with PVC-coated coil metal. Replace any deteriorated Fascia approx. 160 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal.
Drywall
Repair or replace all damaged existing drywall, ceiling, and walls. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, and texture as needed. Paint the entire room or ceiling where the repair was done.
Plumbing
Remove and replace the hall bathroom vanity top/sink, faucet, supply lines, shut-off valves, and drain lines. Remove/replace shower fixtures. Install Delta or comparable faucets/mixing valves throughout the bathroom. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Remove and replace outside faucets with frost-free faucets.
Electrical
Remove/ replace the GFI outlet to the left of the kitchen sink. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
Doors
Remove and replace 2 storm doors alike to existing storm doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish.
