  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1250 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Any questions please contact Lacey Dodds (Property Manager) @580-642-6122 or Taylor Heath (Inspector) @580-570-9301. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.

  • Tree Removal

    Remove dead tree on northwest corner of home. Remove all tree clearing debris from property and grind stump below grade.

  • Plumbing

    Remove and replace stool in master bathroom with ADA height stool. Remove shower and water damaged drywall around shower. Replace damaged framing around shower surround. Install waterproof backerboard, install new tile shower and pan. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars. and portable seat. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Install ADA grab bar on exterior shower wall near toilet. Remove all water damaged material under water heater cabinet. Install new OSB base for water heater to sit on. Repair drywall below water heater, replace base trim around bottom. Paint and texture entire bathroom once complete (Including Ceiling), homeowner to choose color.

  • Air Conditioning

    Clean duct work throughout home. Pull HVAC evaporator coil and clean. Reinstall coil , change filter drier. Contractor is responsible for all refrigerant and materials ensuring proper charge and system function.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace front exterior door, with pre hung door comparable to existing (2 Panel with glass in the center). Replace all damaged framing. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.
