Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Talihina LEAP SITE Drainage ditch. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Concrete
Remove the rock and all needed dirt from the drainage ditch that runs between the two concrete roads, form the ditch and install plastic with 3/8 rebar 16" OC, concrete is to be 3500 PSI min. 4" thick. Concrete is approx. 200'x6' with sloping sides, the ditch has a slight s curve in it, ditch is to match the drainage ditch to the south, bring in any needed material to form the drainage ditch so that it slopes properly and no water is left standing, repair the ground around the ditch to mowable condition and seed the ground with Rye and Bermuda grass seed.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
