Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Christyn Barton 580 642 6362 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Doors
Remove and replace weatherstripping on front and back doors. Remove and replace back door bottom knob with lock. Restore back to working condition. Replace hardware. Replace approx. 6 interior door locks. Remove and replace 1 interior doors, approx. 1. Install new pre-hung interior door, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes. Remove and replace 1 entry doors. Install 1 pre-hung six panel insulated metals doors on back. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.
Cabinets
Install new drawer tracks in kitchen. Approx. 4. Make sure drawer slides operate properly. Replace hardware as needed.
Gutter Installation or repair
Remove and replace gutters. Install new metal seamless gutters on home. Include downspouts and splash blocks. Install for proper drainage.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
