To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Special Instructions
All prospective contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be Considered or approved.
Roofing
Hip, or semi-hip roof. Remove all shingles, felt, roof jacks, drip edge, and attic ventilation. Re-nail or replace decking as needed, fill all ventilation penetrations. Install new 30-year architectural shingles, 30# felt, drip edge, roof jacks, high-heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations, and flashing required to complete the job. Install new continuous ridge vent for proper ventilation (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation). Caulk and seal as needed for complete and proper finish. Participant to choose color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at appliance upon roof completion.
Gutter Installation or repair
Install gutters on all 4- sides of home with all down spout where needed with splash blocks customer to pick color.
Plumbing
Install new dryer vent from outside of home to dryer with any and all to complete install any caulking painting or concrete work needed to complete install.
Drywall
Repair drywall in Living room approx 4x8 area tape bed and texture to match customer will paint this area not contractor .
Cabinets
Remove and replace existing vanity, to match existing vanities must have plywood bulkheads hardwood fronts and any necessary hardware required for proper finished installation. Stain and Seal/paint. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install any and all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash . Install new sink equal to what is there now with new faucets' supply lines and shut off valves with all new waste water lines
Electrical
Replace ceiling fan in Living room with light equal to what is there now with any and all electrical to complete.
Earth Work
Add backfill around all areas of foundation and under front and back porch areas sloping away from home install sod not grass seed 10 feet out on 3-sides of home.
Dump Truck
Deliver and spread 2, 12 yard loads of 1/2 base gravel for driveway.
