    All prospective contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be Considered or approved.

  • Tree Removal

    At the backside of all homes starting at front of property at side of home at 731 15th going all the way behind all homes on Patriotes way st to the home 1731 at the corner of Freedom st. Remove all trees and brush from area where new fencing is to be installed and level ground where needed for install of new fence all waste is to be removed by contractor and all clean up needed by contractor.

  • Fencing

    At the side of 731, 15th going behind all homes on Patriotes way st to home 1731 at the corner of Patriots way.and Freedom st. Install 8ft privacy fence tying end to privacy fence at Freedom st ,all materials to match fence on Freedom in appearance height and stain. All post out of metal with all hardware needed, all fencing to be wood cedar planks 8ft, all post in concrete 3ft, stain fence to match color of fence on Freedom st all to match fence on Freedom. APPROX 1000 ft of fencing to install. NOTE-Contractor is responsible for all measurements, line locations and to get with the Hugo office for where property lines are located.
