  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

    This will be a 3-bedroom brick slab foundation 1300 s,q, Case Manager Lacy Didds 580-326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166

  • Special Instructions

    All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project site before Submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have Been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Drywall

    In master bathroom replace approx a 4x4 area of sheetrock on bathroom wall ,tape bed and texture to match do a complete and full paint of this bathroom .Customer to pick color. Note Contractor is responsible for all measurements.

  • Doors

    Replace storm door on front of home to match what is there now with all new hardware trim caulking and or painting to complete install.
