To submit a bid:

- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 2-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1000 sq. ft. Case Manager- Katelyn Cloud 580 642 6995 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Foundation
Level home. Install new joist and blocking needed. Bring in fill dirt around home to cover foundation. Seed dirt.
Roofing
Gable roof. Remove all metal, felt, roof jacks, drip edge and attic ventilations. Complete roof repair back to existing condition. Replace all damaged joist's and truss's to complete roof repairs. Replace all damaged decking. Install new 40-yr, 26-gauge painted metal, 30# felt, (drip edge if required), rake, continuous ridge with vented closure strips at peak for proper ventilation, (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation) and roof jacks, high heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations and a minimum of 1 ½’ screws. Install screws at every rib when installing ridge cap. Use any and all flashing needed for complete and proper finish. Lathe roof if required. Participant to choose a color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at the appliance upon roof completion. (Tree Fell Through the front of roof).
Drywall
Remove and replace damaged drywall through out home. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint interior of home. Will need to cover items with drop cloth.
Electrical
Install new ceiling fan light fixture in living room. Secure to ceiling. Install new light switch.
Vinyl Siding
Front porch soffit and siding. Remove existing exterior siding on porch, gable end and soffit. Replace damaged osb, install new house wrap, vinyl soffit (perforated as needed for proper ventilation). Include trim. New vinyl siding on gable end and porch siding. Replace any deteriorated Fascia, approx. 30 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal.
Special Instructions
All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
