Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

    This will be a 3-bedroom LEAP HOME slab foundation 1400 s,q, Case Manager Meagan Russell 580326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166

  • Special Instructions

    All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project site before Submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have Been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. NOTE-Contractor is responsible for all count and all measurements

  • Earth Work

    At back side of home going out 50 foot from back fence clean out drain field for property drainage and install sod in this area approx 10 foot wide by 120 foot long to daylight. In back yard around septic system install back fill level yard and install sod after back fill has been add around septic system.

  • Plumbing

    In back yard cut drain clean out to be level with ground level install new clean out cap. On side of home install new frost free hydrant equal to what is there now installing to brick area where hydrant will not move when in operation.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 2 entry doors. Install 2 pre-hung six-panel insulated metal doors, front and back doors to home. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint.

  • Windows

    Remove and replace 1 window in dining room and two windows in back bedroom windows will be marked. Install new insulated vinyl, low E, tilt sash windows. Repair any, and all damage due to window replacement, including paint, all trim, including window stools/sills if required, inside and out. Caulk and seal inside and out.

  • Concrete

    At front of home remove and replace a 4x6 area of sidewalk install to match with number 4 re-bar 300 p.s.i. concrete broom finish any and all clean up after install.

  • Drywall

    In kitchen area texture a 4x8 area of kitchen wall to match and paint to match with new base trim to match.

  • Doors

    Replace all trim and seal around two car garage roll up door. Use any and all caulking and or painting to complete all must match what is there now,
