All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1800 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Lacey Dodds 580 642 6122 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Roofing

    Hip roof. Remove all shingles, felt, roof jacks, drip edge and attic ventilations. Re-nail or replace decking as needed. Install new 40-yr, 26-gauge painted metal, 30# felt, (drip edge if required), rake, continuous ridge with vented closure strips at peak for proper ventilation, (May require decking at peak to be cut to allow for proper ventilation) and roof jacks, high heat roof jacks for any gas appliance penetrations and a minimum of 1 ½’ screws. Install screws at every rib when installing ridge cap. Use any and all flashing needed for complete and proper finish. Lathe roof if required. Participant to choose a color. Ensure all vent piping is properly attached at the appliance upon roof completion. (There is a add-on bathroom on back of home.)

  • Mechanical-HVAC

    Verify that all electrical components servicing the HVAC system-including wiring, breakers, panels and fuses-are properly grounded and compliant with all applicable codes. Any non-compliant conditions shall be corrected by the contractor. Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient propane unit. Install new copper line-set, appropriate filter drier, thermostat, and registers. Remove and replace duct work in attic adequate size to for unit. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the invoice for payment.

  • Vinyl Siding

    Remove existing exterior siding on back bathroom add-on. Install 7/16 OSB. Install new house wrap. Install new smart siding on exterior wall and soffit. Vent soffit. Include all trim. Paint siding and soffit.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
