All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Write-up will be for a complete set-up of an 18 ft. x 60 ft. Modular home built in 2026. (Please see below for the scope of work.) All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Any questions, please call.   • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that contractors view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits. Contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste, and for returning the repair yard to mowing condition. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and the count of materials needed.

  • Site improvements

    The write-up will be for a completion set-up of a modular home (Please see below for the scope of work). The address is 5793 SW 1100th. Wilburton, Ok. GPS coordinates are N34*49.721, W095*29.760. Replacement home is an 18'x60'’ 3-bed, 2-bath modular home, Year Built 2026 Note: the footer has already been poured. The contractor is to repair the ground a minimum of 20’ around the entire home and brought to a mowing condition. Bring in topsoil as needed and seed all disturbed ground and yard around the home with Bermuda grass seed. The home is to be cleaned inside and out, windows, floors, tubs, toilets, etc., and move-in ready.

  • Plumbing

    Contractor is responsible for connecting all utilities to the new home (water, sewer, electric, ECT). Install PEX pipe for water, PVC for the sewer. Estimated footage is 60’ for water and 60’ for sewer. Install a shutoff for water and cleanouts needed for sewer. Install frost-proof faucets on the front and back of the home.

  • Electrical

    Install underground electric from the meter to the home in schedule 40 conduit. Contractor is responsible for all electrical disconnects, breaker boxes, breakers, service pole/pedestal as required per the electric provider's specifications, and the meter can be installed if required for home placement. Estimated footage of new wire 70.’

  • Special Construction

    Build a 6’x12’ covered (Roof to be tied in with matching color transition metal) front porch and a 4'x6' covered back porch with steps and with an ADA ramp, on the front and back porches, and to include handrails and spindles around the porches and up both sides of the steps and ramp. Steps are required to be a minimum of 36” wide. Use only ground contact treated lumber and deck screws on the porch, steps, and handrails. Porch and handrails will require spindles at 4” on center. Joists are to be 16” on center. The contractor is responsible for installing tie-downs and anchors properly placed around the home. (Minimum of 4-per side. 8-10 Total) Install 26-gauge metal underpinning and trim with treated lumber framing around the entire home with closable foundation vents every 6' on all sides. Install a crawlspace opening with a minimum width of 30”.

  • Mechanical-HVAC

    Install new mini split/s in home, use all materials required for completion to include ALL electrical supply, disconnects, and components needed for proper install. Contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing and placement of new unit/s. All line-sets are to be installed in a proper line-set cover. Install a mini-split head in each bedroom, and one in the living room on the back wall. No units are to be placed on the front of the house.
