  • Special Instructions

    All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project site before Submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have Been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Special Instructions

    Contractor is to provide storage container for all of customers belongings while work is being done to home. Contractor is move any and all furniture if needed to complete work in home

  • Drywall

    This will be a 2-bedroom home approx 1000 s,q,. Make any and all repairs to drywall in all rooms of home where needed texture to match.Note all repairs will be small on this job. Do a complete and full primer of all walls ceiling base trim all doors and all door trim and all closets in home. Paint all ceilings walls doors trim and all closets in all rooms of home.Home is to have a complete and full paint of inside of home customer to pick color.

  • Flooring

    Replace carpet in Living room hallway and 2- bedrooms of home with equal to what is there now with any and all materials to complete new install. Customer to pick color.

  • Plumbing

    Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new tub and shower and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. New mixer valve and all new waste water lines FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
