To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
This will be a 3-bedroom brick home slab foundation 1300 s,q, Case Manager Lacy Dodds 580-326-7521 Inspector- Rex Haines 580-317-3166
Site improvements
All prospective Contracts are required to visit the project site before submitting bid. Change orders die to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Doors
Remove and replace Garage roll up door with equal to what is there now with all new trim hardware and all eletrice need to complete install all painting and or caulking needed to complete new install.
Vinyl Siding
Remove and replace all soffit on home that has received storm damage on roof eaves and all sides of home where needed.Replace vinyl on front of home where storm damage has happen all with equal to what is there now.
