Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Special Instructions
All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Plumbing
Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new low entry shower base and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness.Install new mixer valve new supply lines and new waste water lines with new mixer valve and new shower head equal to what is there now.. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
