To submit a bid:

- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Request for Proposal
The Housing Authority of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is requesting competitive proposals from qualified software vendors to provide a HUD-compliant Case Management Software solution. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) by emailing Clint Jefferson at [email protected]. Sections 2.3, 2.4, and 2.7.1 contain information on deadlines and submission requirements. Vendor Acknowledgement to bid on the project is due by 4:30 PM CST on Friday, June 19, 2026. Vendor demonstrations will be conducted from June 30, 2026 to July 8, 2026. Please email [email protected] with your availability dates and times. Demonstrations will be conducted via either Microsoft Teams or Webex. Please be advised that the Housing Authority will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 This RFP is subject to Indian Preference requirements pursuant to NAHASDA 24 CFR 1000.52. Indian-owned economic enterprises and Indian organizations shall be given preference to the greatest extent feasible in accordance with the HACNO Indian Preference policy.
