To submit a bid:

- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Special Instructions
All prospective contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be considered or approved .
Concrete
On North Pass st at Pecan Valley in front of home 121. Where roadway has fallen in. Clean out area at retaining wall where roadway has fallen in add 12-foot to retaining wall to match what is there now will be approx 12 inches wide 12-foot long and a depth of 6 foot to drain area all out of number 4-rebar 3000 p.s.i. concrete. After wall has been installed do an asphalt overly repair where roadway has fallen in with materials to match. Clean out drain filled ditch area and install backfill, sod both sides of ditch area approx 12-foot on each side.
Earth Work
At the end of North Pass st and where Upper Park st will be located backfill area of ditch that has washed out with topsoil and sod this area approx 8-foot wide by 120 long
Roads and Walks
On Upper Park st where roadway has fallen in do a complete and full Asphalt overlay of this area of st, approx 16 wide by 140 long
