To submit a bid:

  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1400 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Any questions please contact Levi Methvin (Property Manager) @580-380-9738 or Taylor Heath (Inspector) @580-570-9301. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Special Instructions

    Contractor is responsible for turning on utilities to the home for renovation and leave utilities on until final inspection is complete.

  • Special Instructions

    Leave min. of 1 quart of all colors used for paint touch up.

  • Special Instructions

    Property manager will select all colors and finished throughout home.

  • Landscaping

    Mow yard, weedeat as needed as well as edge along driveway and street upon completion. Remove all trash and debris from property. Remove patio pavers on front of home. Clean out flower beds lay down weed guard and fill with black mulch. Power wash exterior of home. Power wash all exterior concrete.

  • Mechanical-HVAC

    Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit. Install a new minimum 14.3 SEER2 rated energy efficient heat pump unit. Install new copper line-set, appropriate filter drier, thermostat, and registers. Caulk all ceiling drops to drywall before air register installation. Seal the return air cavity with drywall for energy efficiency. Insulate the duct where needed. Replace the plenum if required for proper fitment of the new unit. If duct board is to be used for transition to plenum, all joints must be foil-taped, and an acrylic latex or mastic sealant is to be applied over foil-taped joints. . The contractor will be responsible for the proper sizing of the new unit. The contractor must provide the AHRI certificate for the equipment to be installed with the invoice for payment. Leave 12 pleated filters upon completion.

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 3 entry doors. Install 3 pre-hung six-panel insulated metal doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes. Remove and replace interior doors, as needed. Install new pre-hung interior doors, trim and hardware (Kwikset or comparable). Stain or paint to match new or existing finishes. Replace all interior door handles throughout home to match existing. Install new door stops on all doors throughout home.

  • Drywall

    Remove and replace drywall throughout home as needed, ceiling, and walls, install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint to match new or existing finish.

  • Painting

    Paint entire interior of home including the garage. Property manager will choose color.

  • Flooring

    Remove existing floor covering throughout home, install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. Participant will choose color.

  • Windows

    Replace all mini blinds throughout home. Replace screens throughout as well. Clean and paint stools and aprons to match, replace any as needed. Clean all windows.

  • Appliances

    Housing will supply the stove and refrigerator, contractor will supply the other appliances, dishwasher and vent hood (black in color). Contractor is responsible for all necessary equipment for proper install.

  • Plumbing

    Remove garbage disposal and install appropriate plumbing for sink to properly drain. Install comfort height/ADA commode (2 Total), wax ring, and supply and shutoffs throughout. Install drip mats under all sinks. Replace vent piping for dryer. Replace exterior dryer vent cover. Remove and replace all faucets in home with Delta or comparable faucets/mixing valves throughout. Remove and replace existing tub and shower in both bathrooms. Install new tub and surround, with swan-stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4" thickness. FRP will not be accepted as tub/shower surround. Repair/Replace any drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.

  • Electrical

    Test electric throughout entire home, repair as needed. Remove and replace all exterior light fixtures. Install new smoke detectors as needed. Replace all outlet and switch plates. Replace exhaust fans in both bathrooms. Replace all ceiling fans. Contractor is responsible for supplying all light bulbs for fixtures.

  • Cabinets

    Replace interior bottom of kitchen cabinet under sink. Remove and replace existing vanity and mirror in master bath. Replace vanity and mirror in hall bath, to match existing. All vanities must have plywood bulkheads hardwood fronts and any necessary hardware required for proper finished installation. Stain and Seal/Paint. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring. Install any and all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash as needed at cooking area. Install new towel rods and toilet paper holder in both bathrooms that match existing. Replace/repair kitchen cabinet drawers and doors as needed.

  • Finish Carpentry

    Repair closet shelves and replace clothes rods as needed throughout.

  • Rough Carpentry

    Caulk entire exterior of home as needed to include, siding, soffit, fascia, windows etc. paint to match existing.

  • Special Construction

    Remove and replace garage door. Contractor is responsible for all required hardware for proper functionality, as well as programming two new separate remotes.

  • Fencing

    Repair fencing on property as needed.

  • Water mitigation

    Install French drain starting on west side of house going all the way back to the south along the back of the house continuing on the east side of the house all the way to the street. In the shape of a U around the back. Tie all downspouts applicable into drain. Cut curb for drain repair/repour concrete curb as needed. Sod over French drain. Repair gutter downspouts as needed. Install new concrete splash blocks on downspouts not able to be tied into drain.

  • Pest Control

    Treat general pests indoors and out, upon completion. Treat yard for weeds upon completion.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
