Instructions

To submit a bid:

  1. Download the RFQ form
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Carla Grimett 580 642 6035 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • General Maintenance

    Contractor to make home ready to move in. Will be responsible to turn all utilities on while on site. Keep grass mowed while on site and not at the end of job completion. All plumbing, appliances, flooring, cabinets and rooms cleaned. House to be swept and mopped. Haul off any trash debris.

  • Electrical

    Remove and replace can lights in home with screw in can lights. Replace garage exterior light fixtures. Remove and replace Venta hood in kitchen. Remove wired smoke detectors and install battery operated smoke detectors. Check electrical and repair/replace any needed.

  • Plumbing

    Master Bathroom. Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new tub/shower combo, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle, shower head and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. Install 2 grab bars. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Hall bathroom. Clean tub/shower and commode. (water residue) Kitchen-Install new double sink and removeable gooseneck faucet. Install new drain, shutoff valves and water supply lines. (No garbage disposal). Install Delta or comparable faucets/mixing valves throughout. Include new sink stoppers. Master bathroom- Install Comfort height commode, wax ring, and supply and shut offs

  • Drywall

    Remove and replace damaged sheetrock in home and garage. Remove any tacks, pins, and nails hanging on walls. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint interior of home. (Property Manager to select color).

  • Flooring

    Remove existing floor covering throughout home. Prep Floor. (Existing floor is glue down), install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Remove and replace all baseboards in home. (Property manager will choose color)

  • Mechanical-HVAC

    Service HVAC. Repair/replace any issues needed. Supply filters. Level out condenser. Compact and back fill needed. Spread seed grass

  • Doors

    Remove and replace 3 entry doors. Install 3 pre-hung six-panel insulated metal doors. Install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new combination, keyed alike hardware, Kwikset or comparable. Remove and replace all interior door trim. Paint trim. Include all new door stops. Install all new door knobs and door locks and striker plates equal to kwickset.

  • Cabinets

    Remove and Replace Kitchen Cabinets Remove and replace existing cabinets, Install approx. 15’ upper and 18’ base cabinets. Install new granite counter tops. Stain and Seal/Paint. Cabinets must be all hardwood fronts and plywood bulkheads; particle board will not be accepted; this will include bathroom vanities. Repair all damage due to replacement which includes drywall and flooring, install all trim required for proper fit and finish. Install new matching backsplash as needed at cooking area. Remove and replace master bathroom vanity bottom. Caulk. Repair hall bathroom drawer, ensure it is working properly.

  • Gutter Installation or repair

    Remove and replace gutters around home. Install new metal seamless gutters. Include downspouts and splash blocks. Install for proper drainage.

  • Fencing

    Replace or repair fence posts on back of home. (Black vinyl) Repair any damaged fencing needed. Remove lock on back fence gate. Ensure gate works properly

  • Landscaping

    Remove shrubs, clean out beds in the front. Back fill with dirt and install mulch. Remove satellite dish in yard. Back fill hole in front yard. Spread grass seed in this area.

  • Windows

    Install all new mini blinds on all windows. Clean windows.

  • Appliances

    Buy new washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Housing will provide fridge and stove. Ensure all appliances are working.

  • Tree Removal

    Remove dead tree back corner outside of fence. Haul off all debris.

  • Pest Control

    Treat home for roaches and pests.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
