To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 1-bed, 1 bath pier and beam frame home approx. 1000 sq. ft. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Vinyl Siding
On the northwest corner of the home, there is a small section of wall that needs to be repaired and replaced with new vinyl siding to match the existing siding in color and style
Insulation
Install new batt insulation in the repaired wall
General Contractor
Repair the wall back with 2x4s and install 7/16" OSB and house wrap on that before the vinyl siding is installed
