To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.
Special Instructions
Home is a 3-bed, 2-bath brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft., shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view the job before bidding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Plumbing
Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new low-entry shower base and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable; must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or comparable. Install 2 ADA grab bars, adjustable height handheld shower faucet with its own adjustable guide rod apart from the grab bars, and a mounted folding seat. Install a water barrier to help keep water in the shower. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs. Make any needed drywall repairs due to previous leaks. Check the exhaust fan to make sure it is working properly.
