Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

This will be a 3-bedroom LEAP HOME 1400 s,q, slab foundation Case Manager Inspector Rex Haines 580-317-3166
Special Instructions
All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Doors
Remove and replace front and back exterior doors with 6-panel metal doors with all new hardware new locks qual to kwikset with all new trim on exterior and interior of door. Paint all trim and caulking needed to complete new install.
Flooring
Repair areas of flooring by front and back doors that are coming up Customer will show contractor areas to repair make all repairs to match flooring that is there now.
