Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

All prospective Contractors are required to visit the project before submitting bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the visit will not be considered or approved.

Remove and replace back door of home. Install new pre-hung 6-panel metal door with all new trim work all caulking and painting to complete install. all new hardware New locks equal to kwikset.
