Instructions
To submit a bid:
- Download the RFQ form
- Fill out the form
- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Pest Control
Pest Control - Full and complete pest control of interior and exterior of each unit and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly treatment for prevention of the following: termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, ants, spiders, and rats. Units to be treated each month are as follows: - 49 Independent Elder Housing units located in Poteau (1-bedroom units) - 1 Office/Common Building in Poteau - 1 Outdoor Storm Shelter - 40 Affordable Rental Housing units located in Poteau (3-bedroom units) - 23 Supportive Elder units located in Poteau (1-bedroom units)
