- Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button
All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

Pest Control
Pest Control – Full and complete pest control of interior and exterior of each unit and grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly treatment for prevention of the following: termites, bed bugs, cockroaches, ants, spiders, mice and rats. Units to be treated are as follows: ARH: Red Oak ARH 2 (4- bedroom units) 6 (3-bedrooms units) 6 (1-bedroom units) ARH II/III: Wilburton ARH II/III 40 (3-bedroom units) IE Wilburton IE 20 (1-bedroom units) Hartshorne IE 10 (1-bedroom units) 202 Hartshorne Champ Hodgens Estates 202 18 (1-bedroom units) 1 (common room/ office building) EACH BID SHOULD BE BROKEN DOWN TO COST PER INDIVIDUAL UNIT PER MONTH.
