  3. Upload it when you click the “Submit Bid” button

All bids must have an actual price good date and be itemized to be considered a valid quote. Any bids received without the requested information will be voided. All bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Please be advised that all bid submissions must be submitted exclusively through the Housing Bid Board unless otherwise noted for Request for Proposals (Sealed Bids). Any bids submitted via email, mail, or other means will not be accepted or considered.

  • Special Instructions

    Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager: Lacey Dodds 580-642-6122 Inspector: Levi Methvin 580-372-1169 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.

  • Rough Carpentry

    Remove existing exterior siding. Install 7/16 OSB to the entire home, install new smart siding and soffit (perforated as needed for proper ventilation), and siding on the entire home. Cover all exposed wood surfaces with PVC-coated coil metal (Fascia). Replace any deteriorated Fascia, approx. 200 lineal feet, and exterior trim needed before applying coil metal.

  • Doors

    Remove existing and install 2 new storm doors and new hardware on front and side entry doors of home. Participant to choose the storm door. Remove and replace rear exterior entry double door with 1 approx. 6' French door. Install new weatherstripping as needed for proper seal. Install all trim and hardware required for proper fit and finish. Caulk and seal inside and out. Paint to match new or existing finishes.

  • Electrical

    Remove existing and Install new GFCI receptacle on exterior side of home. Install new weatherproof cover. Repair all damage due to electrical change outs, to include but not limited to drywall, paint, paneling, flooring, and etc. Check electric for 2 wire system (No Ground) or knob and tube, this is a mandatory change out if any electrical work is to be done on the home.

  • Special Instructions

    All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
